I have been taking Coral Calcium for a while. But with some concerns of possible lead and other Contamination I decided to change . I did some research and discovered Cal-mag. I like that it has Calcium(as Calcium Citrate) Magnesium and vitamin C and is in gelatin capsules. They also test their product for contaminates The price is good and I plan on ordering more in the future

These capsules are very helpful. The calcium and magnesium are both in citrate form for easy absorption. I had trouble previously with coral calcium irritating my esophagus and bladder and being ineffective. These capsules eliminated these problems and let me sleep at night. In addition, my husband has been able to successfully control his restless legs after trying many other solutions. And they are contaminant-free.

I am so glad I could find a product not filled with fillers but the actual minerals I need. Looking forward to my muscles and my brain getting the good stuff.

It says to take 3 of them a day and the percentage of each daily value is low. This information is not provided in the details. Not what I expected.
