I've never been a big fan of recliners as many designers seem to think that as long as your feet are elevated, you're perfectly comfortable craning your unsupported neck at a 90 degree angle. This one works a lot better for me. It has a stable, half-reclining position that is exceptionally comfortable. Build seems very solid, nice looking piece of furniture.

First of all, we bought 2 of these chairs for a new house we were moving into. I was a mess!!! So much happing at once, a bit overwhelming!!! On delivery day, I had already had two beds canceled on me. I laid down for a rest after movers left at noon. I woke at 2 pm and thought , no delivery call yet. So I called the Backstore. They gave me a delivery service number and tracking number. There was a mix up of the name and number of the delivery service. I called the Backstore again, really freaking out that my chairs were lost. The guy I spoke to the second time was AWSOME!!!! Now mind ya, I was still doing all this calling from my bedroom. So, he found the error in the delivery service, looked up the shipping, and found out it had been delivered!!!! Again, I’m freaking out, as I had been home the entire day!!! I told him I was going to check at our front office to see if the chars were there, while he was trying to reach the actual driver. The deal was, we were supposed to “sign off “ on the condition of the packaging. NOW, I went storming out to the living room to give my husband the bad news, and he was just finishing setting up the second chair!!!!!! He was trying to surprise me since I was having such a bad day, and didn’t want to wake me, 😆 😂 !!! I HAD TO CALL AND APOLOGIZE MY FACE OFF TO THE BACKSTORE!!!Ordering, delivery instructions, and delivery were all top notch!!! These chairs are EVERYTHING we were looking for❤️👀❤️🪑🪑🪑🪑solid, very comfortable, and super easy to attach the seat to the back!!! No tools needed, done in 5 mins. Thank You Backstore, and sooooo sorry for my emotional state!!! You guys were AWSOME 👍👀😀🚚🚚🪑🪑🚚

I’ve had the chair for a year now. I ordered it trying to replace an identical style of Flexsteel chair I’d had for over 10 years that Flexsteel no longer makes, and that chair had worn out. So far I’m satisfied with the build and cushion quality, however, I’m not satisfied with the quality of the leather used. My cat jumping in or out of the chair can leave scratches in the leather. The leather from my previous chair never had this problem.

SIMPLY LIFT BACK REST AND ALIGN BUILT IN RAILS TO SEAT RAILS AND YOU HAVE A BEAUTIFUL-LEATHER COMFORTABLE RECLINER!

So, far, this chair appears to be an excellent value. It is only a week but it is very comfortable and a good value. The only hiccup was the delivery restrictions which were not clear in the ordering process. I had a box on a pallet at the end of the driveway!

Conveniently, it arrived in a flat box and had to be assembled.

I have been waiting for nearly a year for a Lazy Boy mission style recliner. This arrived in less than 2 weeks. It is gorgeous in our room with mission lamps and table. It was so easy to attach the back to the seat. It came wonderfully protected from potential transit damage. Bruce at Backstore was great to work with making sure delivery address was correct and my purchase was exactly as I wanted. Highly recommend this vendor and R & L Transit. The chair is so comfortable and even better than I had expected.

This is a very good chair, a great value and the solution to my problems. We had a similar Craftsman Recliner that just wore out. A Stickley replacement was over $4000 and for me there are better uses for $4000. There were no other comparable chairs in my area. I took a chance on buying this sight un seen from Amazon. It was delivered quickly. Assembly consists only of mounting the back onto the frame. I think it's as comfortable as a Stickley - but that's an opinion, not a fact. It's not Stickley quality but it's a much better value.
