Gaillardia Indian Blanket Nice Garden Flower by Seed Kingdom 1,200 Seeds

Though I'm not entirely confident the packet had anywhere near 1200 seeds, I won't outright say it didn't, because I didn't count...That said, some 4 or so months after sowing the seeds in May in Zone 9a/9b, the first of that planting are beginning to flower, so my packet definitely contained viable seeds. And that is rad. Will update when the little gaillardia border we're working on is more mature.

These seeds germinated well. Do mind the instructions not to water them too much after they sprout. I didn't and lost most of my plants the first time.

I ordered a packet of seeds. 1200 seeds. They arrived two days ago. I did not count them. The few that I planted haven't grown into much of anything yet. Perhaps if there was less of a rush for a review this wouldn't feel like a waste of time for me and anyone that reads this review.I will come back in a few weeks to update this review (if I remember) when the seeds have been in the ground for a bit and have had a chance to germinate.

I seeded some indoors in a controlled environment with moist seeding medium. I threw others on a patch of dirt. Everything germinated and I have had beautiful large blooms (1.5-2inch diameter) all spring and into late summer. Caution, these get thick. Spread them thin and they will fill in just fine.

Great seeds but will really have to wait until spring to see more of them. I did plant them late. I got a lot of growth but not a lot of flowers. I'm sure I will in the spring though.

what can I say? They are still sitting in their plastic package, yes they came here, yes they look like seeds. But they're not growing yet because I haven't planted them yet! But they did come faster than expected which is always a good thing.
