Good and wide. I fell and broke three ribs. This belt helps hold them in place. Takes some of the pain away.

When my husband broke his rib, this support brace significantly relieved the pain.

It's not as wide as I thought, but his fit and well made. Doing it's job!!

It helped but I had to keep adjusting it and the top would roll. Top need to be a little more ridged in my opinion.

I have soft tissue separation on ribs that's been bothering me for a long time. This was the one thing that has let it start healing after many other failures. The main reason for it working is I can wear this comfortably (I got a belly) it is hardly noticeable under my shirt. Very happy with this.

Does not compress, barely even sticks to itself, it also has a thick greasy/stinky film on it. Don't wast your money.
