Just Buy New Paint
Wanted to tint 5 gallons of beige latex paint I had on hand, to turn it blue. I've put three bottles of this 16 Oz blue colorant plus 8 Oz of black colorant. So that's about $105 worth of colorant. Seems like a large amount of colorant that should certainly get the job done, but it only got the paint from beige to periwinkle, not anywhere near the strong/bright blue I want. To get it to bright blue I would need about two more of the 16 Oz blue colorant, which wold bring the total colorant cost to about $165. Would be better off just buying 5 gallons of paint and having the store tint it to the needed color. This product seems prediluted or just generally weak. It isn't a concentrated enough formula to do a good job in comparison to it's cost. Don't buy. Opt for new paint instead.

These are incredible products. Several tint colors have been ordered and are in use, the colors are true and easy to use especially in small batches.Simply consult a color mixing chart/scheme and add to a neutral tint base for the desired color. These tint base concentrates have saved lots of time and money. Highly recommended.
