Wild Things to Sew and Wear: 15 Animal-Themed Garments and Accessories for Your Little Critters

I spend all my free time sewing. I have 3 nephews and 1 niece, age 2, 3, 4 ,and 5 respectively. They love everything I have made them from this book. I like a lot of the design, but I don't have enough money to buy the finished goods from the author's Etsy shop. I am so glad she wrote a book and released the patterns. If you like sewing for kids, this is the must have book.

The finished projects will make you smile. For a novice just trying helped me learn so much about sewing even if it wasn't perfect. I used additional resources to learn the basics (button holes, etc.). These are magical creations, patience is everything. Inspires you to create. I wish there were additional designs or another book.

Wonderful designs....however, pattern instructions are inadequate, so as long as you keep comparing the fabric with the given instructions you can work it out.

I love this book. Its full of sweet wonderful projects and the explanations are pretty clear. The cd is fantastic!

Il libro contiene diversi modelli, dai piu' semplici a quelli piu' strutturati, quindi richiede un minimo di preparazione a livello sartoriale..anche perche' se non si conosce l' inglese bisogna aiutarsi con i disegni (che sono molto chiari!). Il libro e' bellissimo, con modelli come la giacca Leone o coniglio (quella in copertina), i giacchini senza maniche da Orso o Procione (eh si confermo..ti spiega anche come fare le code) e modelli nettamente meno intriganti come camicia con Elefante, gonna da Gatto piuttosto che cappelli da Gufo (ci sono anche farfalle, cavalli etc.). Il libro viene venduto con cd, dove sono presenti tutti i modellli da stampare comodamante a casa secondo la taglia che si vuole.Per una mamma creativa e' un must, pieno di idee e suggerimenti. Se poi lo paghi come e' capitato a me meno di 7 euro, e''un obbligo averlo nella propria collezione!
