Wow.
This thing is badass! The loudster is an awesome little power amp in a relatively compact enclosure. It’s machined well, and after several shows and practice sessions doesn’t show any sign of wear. The controls are simple (goodbye standby, goodbye warming up tubes!) and the function is 🤌🏻If you’re like me, and are tired of carrying a:CabinetHeadPedal boardGuitarTo each set, gig, whatever, I cannot recommend the loudster enough. This thing does exactly what it sets out to do (take your tone and make it LOUD) and it does it well all at a fraction of the price a certain orange manufacturer charges for their comparable head - and theirs is 8lbs! Velcro this bad boy to your pedal board and laugh when people ask where your head is.I was sick of having to try various head amps for a sound that wouldn’t color my signal chain, and as mentioned above, the comparable head amps by some well known manufacturers cost over twice as much. Show up to a gig with this and a backlined (or your own) cab and you’re good to go. Either way you’re carrying less.If you care about being able to DI out, get speaker outputs, this amp does NOT have those features, but if you really need them it can be made to work.- The loudster does one thing: take signal chain, amplify it, and it does a damn good job at it. I’ve pushed it as loud as it’ll go and didn’t notice any distortion or clipping in the sound, but noon on the knob is typically loud enough for a small/medium venue if you’re mic’d up. I cannot recommend this thing enough. If you’re looking at this review, you’re likely in the same situation I was and this is your signal to buy this. It does not disappoint.

Great with My Headrush FRFR 112
Gave HUGE volume boost to my irig HD2 running bias FX to my frfr speaker. 1/2 volume on the pedal and speaker between 1-2 is as loud as on 5-6 without it. It makes the speaker come alive. Keeps up with 4x12 line 6 cab practice volumes jamming with a drummer. Easy to use, simple to operate for it's intended function. Worth it! It looks great!

My Favorite
I got one of these a few weeks back and have used it on two gigs so far. It's outstanding. It is compact, simple, loud enough, cool looking, well built, and sweet sounding.

The simplest and affordable power amp for multi-fx!
I got this to use with my Boss ME-80 to run it into the audio interface to record on my laptop. When I ran the ME-80 directly into the interface, I realized that the signal that was coming into the interface was weak, which probably is due to the fact that the multi-fx units don't have a power amp section to drive the sound. So, I got this power amp unit and it instantly boosted my signal into the interface and I don't have to worry about weak signal now! Though I haven't used it in live situations yet, I wouldn't be surprised if this can drive your sound on the live settings as well! You can probably run your multi-fx into this unit and then either run it directly into the front of the house or run it into a cab-sim/IR and then run it to the board. Overall, this is the simplest power amp unit that you can find on Amazon, as this unit only has 1 knob for the volume and you won't have to worry about presence, resonance, sag, etc.

LOUD !!
I love this amp . I wanted a simple amp with no bells and whistles and this is it. Now to the part of the amp with testing . With a 8 ohm resister and a digital multi meter this amp or at least the amp in my position is 70 watts at a 8 ohm load . I don't have a 4 ohm cabinet to do more testing . Either way this amp is awesome and I love it !!

Great little amp
I run my guitar and bass through pedals then into this, then on to my 1x15 speaker cab. It sounds amazing and I will probably get another one if I need another amplifier.
