Lost stars bc The remote is COMPLETELY different. Not black. It is white and looks nothing like picture. It also did NOT come with remote dock that was said to be included.The fan does work great and is pretty quiet. No matter how much adjusting done, the fan still wobbles in high speed. Makes me nervous it will loosen the bulbs and they will fall. On all other speeds it doesnt move at all.Overall a great fan and I would buy again. Just wish the remote was correct.

Repeat buyer for this brand of fan after using one for ~9 months. Well packaged, complete parts for mounting and any light or non light option, even extra hardware! Instructions are straightforward, install is bit tedious but easy. Harbor breeze drop rods from Lowes fit great too. Fan balances well with included kit, I got lucky on one of three fans and didn't need any balancing at all. Smooth quiet operation and very aesthetically pleasing. I would recommend them to anyone. I did not order the remote option but the old fashioned switch type works no issue.

Its quiet, stylish, actually produces good light which I seem to find nearly impossible with most fans. I get a lot of compliments and the remote works well also. I am very pleased!

The fan is wonderful and the light fixture is great. I did not want the remote feature so we did not install it. Very quiet and does not warble. However it comes with counter weights in case it wobbles. The lightning is perfect.

We used this fan in a farmhouse themed spec house we built. It was easy to install and added a unique rustic touch to the home. Received many compliments from realtors and buyers.

Beautiful farmhouse look. My son -in law installed it for me and said it was easy. I didn't buy the remote feature but it runs quietly and moves the air really well on low.
