I love how stiff this product is and that it doesn’t roll up my stomach! I got 2 sizes too small! I definitely should have read everyone else’s reviews first and measured my waist! I put this thing on and could not breathe or fart if I had to! Lhhh I was stuffed in it like a thanksgiving turkey! I’m 5’5”, 200 lbs, small booty, hella big breast and a gut from 3 sections! I’m working on getting rid of this pooch! In the picture, I look a lot more snatched than I am! If I unzipped this thing, my whole stomach would unroll out the bottom! Lhhh! Whew chile! I tried to go to Walmart 6 minutes from my house and took it off in the parking lot cus my uterus was about to come out my booty hole! I love this thing so much, I’m about to order again in a bigger size!

I’m 5’11 and pushing at 300lbs I’m a size 3x.i brought this waist trainer in a 6x and this is my go to waist trainer. For the price it’s not horrible. I does hold you in but the con is after a while of exercising it does roll up and god does it feel uncomfortable. But at 10 minutes of working out and I’m sweating up a storm. I like it for the most part . Definitely a keeper.

I purchased my first waist trainer in September 2020. I am normally a size 18 in most of my clothes so I decided to purchase a 3XL based on the other reviews. When I tried it on, I was able to fasten it using the 3rd row but it was still nice and snug (not uncomfortable or unable to breath but I felt secure). I've tried other waist trainers but this is absolutely the best one I've ever had!! I just recently purchased another one but this time I ordered a 2XL using the 1st row. I really feel like I'm seeing results.

I’ve bought more expensive waist trainers, and have trained a little before. About me: 5’4, 166lb (I weight train), 34DD, size 6 dress...39-31-41 without the waist trainer. I naturally do not have much of a “pouch”. My stomach is relatively flat. I ordered an XS and it is definitely too small, but I was able to latch it all the way up. I’m going to keep it because the shape I have with this waist trainer is what I’m going for...it definitely gives me something to work toward. I believe that a small would’ve fit, but would have been tight. A medium is probably the size to order if you are new to training. In an XS I can still breathe, but I can’t zip it. I wouldn’t work out in this size. The material isn’t as stretchy as others I’ve bought, so maybe it will last a long time? I’m not sure. My torso is about 1 foot and it fit fine. No underbust pain. If I was to reorder, I would get the small.

I had no issue with sizing. I got the medium, and I wore it first day. I wore this for eight hours on day one and noticed a slight sauna effect (not like in the product picture), but I did stay hydrated nonetheless. I removed it before bed and took a shower. Now when I woke up I had to pee a lot, and I thought to look at my stomach and I was surprised: it actually flushed out my water weight, like for real. I’m impressed.Order your size and you will be loving the results as much as I do.Also, I don’t eat much junk food or sweets (only fries ever when I cheat lol), I weight lift ( 10-35 pounds), no processed foods or “light” dairy (I don’t like the taste)If you wear this and make great choices and limit junk food you will have fast success.I will add pictures too soon.Good luck!

I ordered a medium thinking it was like a regular corset, it didn't fit, I should have consulted the chart. But then I bought an extra large, that was way too loose. The large fit Like a glove and I used it until I could fit the medium (which is what I'm wearing in the pictures.I didn't exchange it because these are such nice quality I knew I could give it to someone as a gift as I went down in size. I didn't buy this to get an hourglass figure because I already have a classified hour glass. I've been using it as a cheap back brace and I can't tell you how amazingly it works! I've been looking weight gradually due to an active job, I even put it on the looses fit and wear it to work some days when my back is giving me hell. Also the shipping is super fast which is amazing! Already bought three and will buy more.(One with The green pants is the before and rest are with it on size M)

As a plus size women trying to become for fit and tone, I sometimes have difficulty finding items that fit well. I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of styles and the sizes. Once package arrived, I immediately appreciated the quality of the packing. The fit was perfect and I am pleased with the price. Because the primary goal is to stretch and support, I expected the snug fit, but it is comfortable. I immediately could appreciate the formation of sweat even before I began my work out. Also, the material is of good quality and seems likely to hold up well. I wasn't sure how this would fit over my abdomen because I am not shaped like the model. However, the waist trainer covers my lower abdominal pooch appropriately.

I am 5'3" and 140. When wearing clothes I usually wear M/L but for shapers I wear a small and even that is too comfortable and does not make a difference. I thought of ordering a XS and I that was too small. I exchanged for. Small and it fits on the last hook and I struggled to put on the zipper but I wanted it that way.Fit: I would recommend one smaller so it can be fitted and you can notice the results.Security: the hooks seems to be strong enough to survive my daily routine. The zipper will come down if you don't out the hook. I love that it has the hook on top of the zipper because it adds security.Coverage: from top to bottom- right under your chest to my hips. I love how long it is. My Bally's one is a pain because it pushes on my back muffin but this covers it all and I am able to put the sports bra over it and the bottom cover my love handles so I look smoothly :)Calendar and measuring tape: my favorite!!! I recently started getting back in shape and this is my 5th waist trainer and the only one with a calendar to keep track of your progress. Now, this waist trainer will NOT do anything to my waist unless it goes with diet and/or excercise but it helps. Cheap and great alternative from the expensive ones.

Super amazing quality. Really holds all the things in, helps you walk taller and jokingly used the calander and measuring tape it comes with... and went down over two inches in my waist. Didn’t really expect that since I bought it more for back support.

This fits larger than expected. Have had to return two and finally got the right size. Very good quality!
