How to store once opened
Dislike the fact that it has to be used within 72hrs. Poured the liquid into self sealing ice bags and put them in freezer. Problem solved

Be aware - this product must be used within 72 hours
Thought this was a great idea...use as necessary for baking. However, on checking out the details of use, it states, once opened use within 72 hours. I bake but wouldn’t be able to use that number of eggs in 3 days. Consequently I have had to get rid of the remainder. It should be made clear that this has a short life so that purchasers are aware.

Does the job
Three week fridge life after delivery, although it does state it should be used within 72 hours once opened. But worked a treat as an alternative to eggs when they were in short supply at the start of lockdown.
