It’s hard to turn I’ve struggled since day one. Also 4 months into owning and daily using the reclining mechanism stopped working. It reclines but doesn’t come up unless I turn it on its side. So embarrassing in the middle or at the end of a service to do that. Would not get and will not purchase from them again would not help me in any way

Poor assembly instructions. The two bolts that hold the moveable foot rest keep getting loose. I have to tighten them about once a week. I was going to buy more chairs like this one but after encountering difficulties in assembling and foot rest problems I changed my mind. Update. Customer service is doing their best to correct problem by fast response and sending replacement parts.

This is my first chair. I picked it because it was unique to what I was looking for in eight year. It fits my style and taste. It is a very comfortable feel and the leather is very nice. Very eye-catching to my clients and friends. The only drawback is the assembly. Not enough assembly notes so you have to be a mechanically inclined person to put it together. Outside of that I am very impressed with the chair. It took me about an hour to an hour and a half to fully assembled it. And it is worth the price.

Great chair! Super comfortable. But a bit wobbly. Think it’s probably something to do with the way the hydraulics sit on the base. Idk if there is a way to fix but if anyone that has this chair has any recommendations that would be great! Overall great chair. Bryan in customer service was my roll dawg putting it together since instructions were so vague!

I establish locks and clients have to sit for hours. And I was concerned about some of the cheaper versions of this chair being comfortable so I went ahead and got this chair. So far so good everyone loves it, and find it quite comfortable and love how when they're laid back the footrest goes up as well so that is added comfort and I'm glad. My husband put it together in a snap we followed the instructions the little spring loaded portion where you put the lever is a little tricky but you just have to play around with it it's not as hard as you would think.

Chairs look good. But the seat that attaches to the frame had a loose port to screw in.Wasn't able to screw in preset holes. Had to drill in new holes to frame. Must be pretty handy and have the right tools.Definitely a two man job, that know what they are doing.
