The shipping was a little long, but worth the wait. I bought this for my best friend as a birthday gift. She collects these type of figurines. I love the colors. Not too deep and not too pale. These are pretty heavy which I also like. Very well made. Just beautiful!!!

Great product! It's beautiful and overjoyed with it... The only complaint is the awful packaging but it did give unscathed.

This is a gift for a very special friend of mine for a very special birthday!!!!! And the Delivery packaging was absolutely fine! So it’s clearly the way it’s been stored and handled before packaging! How am I meant to gift that! I’ve no time to send it back for replacement so don’t even ask me to! Not impressed at all!

Although this was was not not stated as a factory second it must have been. I bought this as a gift for friend in USA who has just been diagnosed with cancer. I opened it only to check it wasn't broken and quickly repacked it and posted it to her so it would arrive just after her surgery. As she had nothing but time on her hands whilst recuperating she had plenty of time to look it over and as we are best friends she felt she could tell me of the flaws she found in it. The hand on the girl in the pale coloured dress is missing her finger, and her ear, there is just a hole where that should be. She has showed it to me on skype and I have looke at pictures of others and there should definitely be fingers and ears there. I have been thoroughly embarrassed by this. But it is too late to do anything about it. It cost me £18 to post to her in States so she can't post it back to me for a refund. Please avoid this item. It is obviously cheaper than everywhere else on the internet for a reason. It looks like it was not poured properly in the mold. That is what my friend thinks. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!

A really beautiful figurine, perfect for a special friend.However...…. if it is for a gift make sure you ask for it to be in Amazon packaging! I have just spent 30 minutes trying to remove Amazon despatch labels from the actual box the gift comes in. Not successful, as have just left a sticky substance all over the imagery.Surely someone should have thought for just 1 moment before smothering the gift box in sticky labels!!! Do I expect too much? Probably!

First one l ordered was damaged, spoke to Amazon who refunded with no hassle, very easy process. As it was for a gift l re-ordered and really pleased with the item, quick delivery and perfect, it really is lovely and l know my friend will love it too. Can definitely reccomend.

I have been looking for a special gift for a close friend of 30 years for her birthday which is in a few weeks. Even though there aren't any facial features, this conveys the sentiment of "More than Words - Special Friends" perfectly. I am very pleased with it and would recommend it as a meaningful gift for someone special.
