Adulteration of Nutty Yogi Quinoa Flour
I have bought a kg of Nutty Yogi Quinoa flour. The aroma and color profile of Quinoa flour was abnormal and found to be similar to wheat flour. I am a Food Technologist and I tested for its adulteration. The testing results revealed that the Quinoa flour was adulterated with Wheat flour, Bengal gram flour and its grits. I have all the approved evidence for it. I definitely going to complient the manufacturer. I request Amazon to look into it and stop selling the product through it. This is a Kind notification and awareness to buyers for this product, PLEASE DON'T BUY IT
