It'll make an engine run. Not well, but it will run.
The media could not be loaded. I come from 10 years in the small engine repair field. I had Briggs, Tecumseh, MTD, Toro, and Snapper technician certifications and spent more time sharpening mower blades than I have ever spent brushing my teeth.This carb is great if you are like me. You buy a piece of equipment and the previous owner left ethanol in the car for a few years and trashed it. You don't want to sink $55 into a carb just to find out that it throws a rod through the block right after you start it up.I put this carb on, a fresh plug, and the engine started. That's about all the good I can say about it. The engine hunts, misfire, and the exhaust is very rich. The engine will run but don't expect it to run well.The redeeming quality this kit has is that it is cheap. If it was $30 I would have given it 1 star. 2, at most. But it is an affordable way to make an engine run if you're short on cash or want to test something out. If you want it to run well, buy the higher quality Briggs carb for $55. This one is going to make the engine run like it has.....well.....a $16 carburetor.Now that I know it runs, I'm going to go with a genuine Briggs carb and throw this one away. It served its purpose.

Check engine HP rating
Purchase the carburator according to the horse power rating of the engine. This one was for 6.5 to 7hp, installed it, connected fuel line, pulled one time, fire rite up.. Ran perfectly no adjustments.Would highly recommend fast delivery, very good price too.

Worked as designed. Fuel Filter is a fake
Carb and air filter worked as designed on my Troy Built Super Bronco Tiller. Comes with 2 different valve blades for the choke that will need installed based on the one in the original carb. Fired up on first pull after replacement. Fuel filter is a piece of plastic with no filter media in it. Don't bother installing that. However for the price, I would have no issue if it was the carburetor only
