I have a lot of allergies and sensitivities so flavored drinks really don't work for me. This product is perfect. The taste if very similar to carbonated water like perrier, etc. It helps with the uptake of water for my body so I do not become dehydrated (even while drinking 60-90 oz of water daily). Also it seems to alleviate the jumpy leg syndrome and leg cramps.

I'm a huge fan of Seeking Health products and have been buying them for years. This is my first disappointment. It appears that it wasn't sealed properly, as the silver part was stuck in the white lid when I opened it. The container did have a clear plastic ring around it that had to be removed, but as you can see, the product wasn't fully sealed and went bad. The electrolyte powder is molded together and hard as a rock. Amazon says it can't be returned. I've emailed Seeking Health about it and didn't get a response. Not only am I super disappointed to just lose the money with no recourse, I also really needed the product for my health. I invest in this brand because it's such good quality. Incredibly disappointing when there's an issue and no own will help to resolve it. These are expensive supplements!

I like this type of electrolyte. It is not strong in taste. It doesn’t have sugar or artificial sweeteners in it. Which I have to watch out for. It is very pleasant tasting.

Taste like soda water. We love this product. Low carbs too. Wife’s dr suggested for our fertility benefits and it makes a difference. Husband takes it when dehydrated and stops twitchy muscles most of the time.

I have been looking at this product to try for a while now. I finally purchased it to try to get electrolytes. The taste is awful! I was not able to get one scoop with an 8oz glass of water down.The powder dissolves easily into the water.It was too expensive, too! I purchased it because it has minimal ingredients.It came packaged well and completely sealed for good quality.

I really like this product, when I buy it from my acupuncturist there’s more in the container. Seems like this latest batch from Amazon had barely anything in it.

The product was sealed but when opened the powder was hard as a rock and not eligible for return. I did chisel a piece off and it did dissolve well in water. Won’t buy again.
