Defective product delivered
This defective product was delivered. Someone else also posted a same review that this part was missing in his product too. Is this defective piece rotated by the company or all products of this company have the same defect? This is highly unprofessional & i am deeply dissapointed with the services.

Horrible Quality control
This is what has been send by Amazon and inspite of complaint Amazon refuses to replace or refund just because I was travelling and couldn’t call them in stipulated 5 days time.
