This is the biggest waste of money I have gotten on Amazon. I have tried to play just about every form of video and all it keeps saying is unsupported format, cannot play. I have tried MPEG, AVI, MOV, MP4 and many others. NOTHING works. I have formatted and converted many videos with zero success. Don't be fooled by the low price, go with another player. I bought a NEUMI and it has NO ISSUES playing the same videos I tried to play on this useless piece of hardware.

Great product enjoy it but sad that it doesn't play too many different video file was only able to play som Avi and vob

This does not playback many of the files that are listed. I think that I should have bought a higher ended media box. this was a waste of money. Better put a little more money and get a better box. It will be worth it in the long run.

DOES NOT PLAY MP4 AT ALL

Does not support mp4 playback, very disappointing as this is one of the more popular media formats today. I would Have expected mp4 playback at the very least.
