I accidently wrote a bad review because i couldn't turn it on. The instructions didn't specify to hold the button down so i just kept clicking it once kinda fast.. Well once i figured that out i found my saving grace. With daily chronic pain this is used almost everyday! It heats up fast and well. I actually love the smell of the wormwood cloth too. Great price for an amazing product. Usually lasts 6 hours with the a cheaper battery pack I got from walmart. Was surprised I didn't need to get a better one for the heat to last longer.

This is no heating pad. The description states that it heats up to 140 degrees. The item I received didn't heat up to much past room temperature. I tried different power sources to see if it would make a difference, but there was none. Total waste of money - it is being returned.

Can’t use it on your back while you relax due to the button being on the same side as the heating side, you’ll keep hitting the button when you lean back into a chair or on a bed.

This Liiva Portable Waist Heating Pad can't be used at all. After plugging in the USB charger cord, the switch can't keep the light on. It's rubbish, it's a waste of money!

I have used this everyday for my lower back due to soreness after sitting at work for an entire day. I have to set up a red light to sooth my back. It helps to keep my back warm while I used it 15 minutes before bed daily. I like it is infrared red as well.

If you have endometriosis DO NOT buy its a joke. Really for anyone with chronic pain dont buy this.
