VR Coverfor HTC Vive - Washable Hygienic Cotton Cover (2 pcs) (New Version)

It's described as a face pad cover for the HTC Vive. I tried applying it on the wide face pad but no matter what however way I place it, it just doesn't seem to work. The cover seems smaller than it should be. I didn't see any description indicating if this was for the narrow face pad or wide face pad.Edit: It looks like I spoke to soon. It appears that there is a proper way to install this cover. You don't remove the whole cushion pad. Just remove enough of the ends to allow the end sleeves of the cover to be inserted into the end of the pad then you just force the cover around the pad. Once you get to the middle you slide the tabs underneath the pad.

Let me start off by saying I already had a third party protector on my vive headset for foam However the Foam collects a bit of hair every now and than so, Adding this cover onto has helped a lot. Now than onto the part you were probably reading this for. Yes it was super easy to set up and get put on. It comes with 3 Velcro straps on the cover that help it stay on, I however did not need the Velcro Straps because my third party protector had Velcro Already so I simply snipped the velcro off and put it over my foam protector. It is super soft and comfortable and would highly recommend getting this cover if you use a vive headset.

As the title states. The cover is very thin. the photo appears to show a thick and comfortable cover that is stand-alone in nature. It is only used to cover the existing foam of the HTC Vive's face shield. The way it chooses to "attach" is quite sad as it's confusing to attach, not very secure even when you get it on correctly, and slides with ease.While it does wick away some sweat, it doesn't have the same comfort as the original foam, in my opinion.The only thing this really is useful for is allowing you to take off and clean it when you need to do so. Other than that, it's pretty overpriced for being being a cover that doesn't fit very well and agitates your skin a tad bit.

I like using them instead of the base htc vive and it doesn’t rub against my face badly. I’d say they’re pretty comfortable

I got these because my Vive stopped working due to "liquid damage". (Which had to be sweat. They fixed it for free, but said they wouldn't fix it again.)These stop a lot more sweat than just the vive padding. The only downside is that installing them is a bit complicated: You have to scoot bits of it under the velcro of the Vive, which isn't always easy. If you install it badly, it still mostly works, although sometimes slips into your field of view.These can only block so much sweat, so I also recommend a sweatband: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FK3YGZY/

Does not fit any of the HTC vive foam inserts that I have- neither OEM or aftermarket. Also, there's 3x velcro tabs that are supposed to connect to the velcro on the HMD- one of these tabs is directly on the top middle... Where the is no velcro on the HMD (on either the OG vive or the pro). Package says it's for vive but the design says otherwise

I put this cover over the top of VR Cover's Memory Foam Replacement covers. They feel great and soak up any sweat Not the easiest to install but worth it. Especially since you get two, either to let a guest use or to swap and clean/dry the other.

Worked okay once it was on because you naturally sweat less with this cover. It was hard as F to get on. Once it was on it stayed on for the most part. It is not that good of a fit. But I like it. (I don’t love it).

Ich habe auf meiner VIVE den breiteren Schaumstoff-Aufsatz, weil er in meinem Gesicht weniger Druckstellen hinterlässt, habe aber trotzdem nach einer gewissen Zeit bei Sport-Spielen wie Beat Saber, BoxVR oder Dance Central ein unangenehm kratziges Gefühl auf der Haut bekommen, welches sich auch mit den Klebefolien von VRCover zwar hinauszögern, aber nicht komplett vermeiden ließ (zumal sich bei Feuchtigkeit außerdem die Schichten voneinander trennen).Seitdem ich den Bezug nutze ist das gar nicht mehr vorgekommen.Außerdem enthält der Artikel zwei davon, weshalb man auch mal wechseln kann.Das Überstülpen war zwar etwas friemelig, aber machbar.Sitzt gut, macht keine Falten und keine Irritationen mehr.

These are easy to fit with little tabs that fit under the velcro-attached foam piece on your headset. Absorbs sweat and is machine washable. Very comfortable.

Was mir gut gefällt ist das man 2 Stück hat zum Wechseln & Waschen, das ist einfach hygienischer und ein besseres Gefühl als mit einem verschwitzten Gesichtspolster zu zocken.Das anbringen ist etwas fummelig aber machbar, der Stoff ist auf der Haut unproblematisch (Baumwolle).Momentan nutze ich es mit dem original Polster von der Vive, ich denke/ hoffe das man mit dem richtigen Polster den Tragekomfort evtl. noch steigern kann,das werde ich testen sobald ich ein akzeptables Angebot finde.Ich habe mir die "YOTINO VR Headset Polster für HTC Vive (4 Stück) "hier bei Amazon gekauft, leider passen die Bezüge da nicht drauf...
