I have been using for 20 days , my bloating is same .. moreover it is asked to drink probiotics tablet with food which is to be dissolved in 200 ml water.. as per Ayurveda drinking water with food is not good for digestion.. I don’t know if tablet makes any difference to 200 ml water which is a lot with, or immediately before or after food

Horrible taste..... I vommitted with single sip.... I won't recommend this.... instead u can opt for protein Choco moka flavour one......ur body doesn't need all the greens every single day....u can eat it one by one everyday.... remember this.....and no drink can make u healthy internally unless u sweat off ur fat with workout....so start moving ....b active....and don't run behind these horrible products........ I know u can say that " not all good things tastes good" Yet let me say u this.....no good thing is worth making u feel bad ..... As long as u people keep on running behind these kinda products......they keep on getting money benefits from ur weekness..... Even any of celebs also...they won't take all greens in a single day ....how they are healthy with clear skin.....CZ they eat well ...workout welll .....they do take greens...but not all in one day itself....one in one day..like that...that's the order ....

The product can cause diarrhea or as an India might say loose motion ,if you use to much ,it's packed with greens and herbs but you will go to bathroom after time ,this is good by cleaning out your inside and get the junk out it helps your body respond better to general life ,,I can't say really very true things l,I can't say what it's done for me I can't offer my opinion they won't post it 😂 it's good if you wanna clean out and get greens in you

After more than 30 days of usage i need to say that oziva did an fantastic job interms of health did good greens with most greens including in it. You can just go blindly to see the results. My results i do have a better digestion process and seriously i can't describe i just feel very good to breathe,sleep and is very good for my lifestyle diet.and is a very good detox greens having alkalising green blend, digestion blend and more. Packaging is very good flavour is lil sour type and thickness is the way you want
