Autistic adult here. This product helps me enormously.
TL;DR: 10/10 do recommend for anyone with public space/social challenges who carry coping toolsSo one thing about being a job-holding adult autistic out in the world that can often present difficulty is the constant wobbling balance between actually having identified and accrued the (esoteric, often very personalized) collection of tools and consumables on hand you might need for sensory shielding/energy and focus replenishment/meditative healing and recovery, versus the equal-and-opposite hassle of lugging around a full-size backpack everywhere you go simply because it's what you're used to (routine having, to put it lightly, substantial weight to any autistic).Enter this simple, lightweight, and optionally even entirely invisible shoulder rig. The two additional pockets allow me to carry my smartphone and a few other must-have items (my day's medications, for example, and my IDs) on my person at all times no matter what - it's all-too-easy to forget to put something in your pocket before you leave the house no matter how familiar (I have forgotten my wallet and my medicines a handful of times just this way), but having become accustomed to the weight and comfortable feel of the harness rig becoming associated with leaving my Bastion (my personalized home/safe space) for any length of time it has quickly become extremely unlikely to ever happen again. Moreover, with a bit of intelligent consolidation of items and the purchase of a new, smaller hard-shell sling pack, this rig has "unlocked" the ability for me to travel overall lighter and less-encumbered than I ever felt comfortable defaulting to before... which in turn has noticeably extended the length and the quality of time I feel confidently able to stay out in the world and socially interact. The harness does take some getting used to at first (I would posit particularly so for anyone with supernormal touch-sensory challenges like many autistics deal with; I myself am far more light/sound sensitive than touch, and I adjusted to it within a couple of days), but now I cannot imagine going back to living without it as a cornerstone of my personal gear set. Should I ever wish to sidestep anybody's purportedly "clever" jokes about "thinking I'm a cop/FBI now", the harness is unobtrusive to the point of invisibility when worn over a t-shirt but under anything short of the most form-fitting button-up; people don't even know I am wearing it in that case, which can be the most convenient option for anyone* looking to minimize drawing unnecessary "double-take" attention as a matter of course in populated public places like the grocery store, a restaurant, or bank.I recognize that this review won't be fully relevant to most people out there due to its view of the product through the lens of my autism, but I do feel there's enough general overlap in utility for others who might not be autistic but do struggle with general social/crowd anxiety or other mental health challenges, and who could likewise benefit from a lightweight, wearable personal inventory expansion like this harness.* (As an American I can, with informed observational experience, unequivocally state that for many individuals it is never, EVER a great time to casually risk being misidentified as a person with a gun anytime it can be avoided)

Only complaint is the challenge of adjusting the size
I'm a female who doesnt love lugging around a purse, women's pants REALLY aren't designed for phones or wallets, and I'm kinda petite. This thing FITS, I was really worried about it being too big because most items I find that say "mens and womens" tend to lean towards a bigger build, but there were adjusters and extra holes on the BACK piece so It's not dripping off of me!Now, the POCKETs, the one for phones - perfect, fits my phone great. The "passport" pocket. . . . Really is designed for pasports, BUT, I was able to jam my wallet in there, and if I leave it long enough I think it'll stretch out and may actually work for what I wanted it for. It's super comfy, light weight, and all I need to do is wear it out of the house for a day to see how well it works in actual practice. My ONLY complaint, is the metal pieces to adjust the size are HARD to get into their holes. I ended up having to take a chopstick to the hole first JUST so I could strong arm the pieces together. Broke a nail doing it too. But at least I can rest assured it wont be coming apart later.

Works well for me, but maybe not others
I like this product a lot but can do with some changes to make it more customizing to those that are of different size chest, height, and preference as to how to where it. Also better material would also be preferable, because I go through one in less than a year. It starts to fall apart literally at the seams, showing bad quality of stitching, see pic. With that said I still give it a 4 star because I only buy this one as to me it is worth buying and is very convenient for work keeping my hands free as I do a lot of handyman work. To adjust for my height & how I want it to sit on my back I make new holes for my size as the holes that it comes with are for just too long for me. See pic for that as well.

Looks good but worthless
So I bought this shoulder harness thinking I was about to step out looking like James Bond meets Vogue—protecting my valuables while serving *looks*. But when it showed up? Oh no. It was giving Dollar Store cosplay.First red flag: the whole thing is made of plastic. Not “durable space-age plastic,” either. I’m talking "your nephew's Halloween costume" plastic. Then I opened the pockets and realized they were so small, I couldn't even fit a deck of cards in them. Maybe half a Tic Tac and a dream, but that’s about it.But the final straw? The latch. Taking it off was fine, but putting it back on? I needed an engineering degree, a flat surface, and the upper body strength of a CrossFit champion. I basically had to call in NASA just to close the thing. In conclusion: cute, but useless. Like a diet donut. I won’t even return it—I’m going to respectfully walk it to the trash can and tell it, “You tried.”—Terrance
