Lifetime 60138 Outdoor Storage Shed, Desert Sand, 15 x 8 Feet

Requires more than one person to put together. When completed it has a fantastic amount of room. We put the skylights on the back because of sun. Cleared out the extraneous stuff in garage to the new shed. We used three people. One on outside; one on inside; and one to read directions, fetch the pieces, and be the foreman.

Great storage shed with plenty of room. Some of the pictures in the instruction manual were incorrect, but with common sense, it was relatively easy to follow and assemble. I did have 2 screws attaching the center skylight assembly to the roof panels not fit (couldn’t align the screw hole for all 3 layers of parts), but this may be due to my ground/pavers possibly not being “perfectly” flat. The only other difficulty during my assembly was with inserting the hinge tubes into the doors, as my doors were slightly warped. My only design complaints are with the door latch and door windows. The doors are designed to be locked using a padlock. However, the latch itself is not integrated as part of the locking mechanic. This means that even if you lock the doors, the latch can still be unlatched, which weakens the fortification for it being locked in the first place. With the door windows, the design allows rain/water to seep in from the bottom of the pane. The door windows should have had a lip behind it, just like the wall windows, which would have prevented this leakage. Overall, I am happy with this shed and it suits my purpose well.

Assembly was easy, recommend watching the video it helped a bunch, took about 12 hrs by myself to build

So far we are pleased with our shed. Will the instructions were confusing at times it is together and no leaks. I'm glad we waited for the 60138 shed as it has alot of lighting.

The delivery time from date of order is about 2 weeks. This gave us plenty of time to build the foundation before it arrived. Be prepared as it is delivered by freight truck (big rig) and arrives in 3 large boxes. The driver will need to be able to drive the fork lift up to your house.Unfortunately, after waiting 2 weeks and nearly completing assembly we realized we were missing a few pieces of the shed roof. Initially we couldn't reach Lifetime so we contacted Amazon who responded very quickly with an okay solution. A couple days later we reached Lifetime who then quickly sent us the missing parts. It was an inconvenience but not a deal breaker.As many others have mentioned the instructions are a bit much but not impossible. It helps to have a least one other person assist.If you construct this on a solid, level surface it is a good shed for the price and should last for years.

Overall very pleased with the shed. It arrived in 3 heavy boxes but delivery was great, guys placed boxes exactly where I need them. You probably can assemble by yourself but having one more person helps a lot, took me and my friend one and a half day to assemble. Instructions are ok but could be more clear. Shed has been assembled about 2 weeks ago and so far no issues

This product is AMAZING! Really important to know you should contact LIFETIME directly to locate someone locally to assemble it for you. You shouldn't have to pay over $520. It took a professional 6 hrs to build and it looks beautiful! I am VERY HAPPY.
