I've suffered (yes suffered) from IBS since having a cesarean section years ago. I was diagnosed with extensive diverticulitis in 2015 after having a CT scan.Over the years I've tried many products but none until now have proved any good. Within a few days I noticed, less IBS and or diverticulitis cramping. Smelly wind is far less (though not entirely erradicated) and bloating is far less. I have what a consultant diagnosed as a lazy bowel so intermittent constipation or and loose stools. I am prescribed a laxative. I take laxative around 5 days a week (unless having the loose stools). I feel far better though not entirely 100% but its early days. To feel better and be better has been the outcome so far and any improvement is appreciated. Bowel issues is a huge issue especially in the western world and I've suffered in sheer misery for far too long. I am going to stop the laxatives now I have been on this product for nearly a week and see how my system fares. I feel optimistic enough to just take this product on its own and no laxative. If this product helps with lessening constipation and loose stools it would mean the end of years of prescribed laxative. This review is genuine in every aspect and respect. I'll update on this review shortly.

I take this product for overall health, and it seems to be ding the job, so i'll continue to take them. The're affordable, good value and easy to swallow. Will be a regular purchaser of this product.

Not up to much and a short best before date mine are now out of date and smell like vinegar

Only been taking a while but I feel less bloated already, so that's a good start.

Been taking these for a few weeks now, digestion is better and seems smoother. Always worth throwing in a good decent pro-biotic as part of your routine.

Cant feel any difference to be honest.

Liked the price compared to other similar products, however, the product had the reverse affect of what I was looking to achieve and other users comments. Increased bloating becoming very uncomfortable day and night. Tried to stick with it for a week but had to stop. Disappointing. The search continues.
