Musings of a former Gym Rat
It has been over 20 years since I last took Creatine. Back then I was a gym rat with an awesome physic and fitness program. Twenty years later at a little better than three bills, I decided to relive my glory days and start a workout program without fail. Creatine has been an awesome tool in my supplementation regimen. I feel strong and have greater endurance when I take Creatine regularly. Hopefully, in another 6 months I will feel even more like the 20 year old gym rat I once saw in my mirror. Until then, Creatine and lots of sweaty afternoon kettlebell sessions are in order.

Worthwhile supplement every lifter worth their salt will use (except for nonresponders, I pity you)

Strong recommendation
Would strongly recommend this. Great quality and value. Only thing is it took a while to figure out initially. So far so good.
