I work in a special education classroom with autistic children who struggle to control their impulse and frequently rip apart books. I want to encourage their love of reading but struggle to continuously replace and repair books. I tried this book and was very doubtful that it would hold up. My student tried every way possible to rip this for several minutes and it is still perfectly intact. I am blown away! I will be stocking my classroom with these! Highly highly recommend!!

Baby loves this!

I gave these as gifts to our grandaughter and they are great! She can hold them safely without having to worry that she will hit herself with those heavier thick baby books. And when they drop on the floor, we can wipe them off with ease! Colorful and vibrant books. Easy and lightweight to pack in her diaper bag or leave in the car for car seat reading time!

I gave this as a gift and forgot to take a photo first, but it is very very thin. It does feel like it would be extremely hard to tear or ruin. It just doesn't feel like a book, so it's a bit hard to feel like it is as valuable as a regular book when giving it as a gift because it felt like Shiney paper. But I do think there is great value in having a book that the baby can actually drool all over and won't tear. So I am a fan of the idea. The animations were very cute and simple.
