perfect fit, direct replacement!
Bolt in place. If you have fog lamps then this is direct replacement for a 2006 F150 . If you DON"T have fog lamps and are adding to you F150. (mine is a 2006) you will need 3 "Speed nuts" and 3 bolts. Your local Auto Parts store should be able to help you with that. The photo shows was i'm calling a "speed nut"
