Chamber Vacuum Sealer Machine Z-260C Commercial Kitchen Food Chamber Vacuum Sealer, Packaging Machine Sealer for Food Saver, Home, Commercial Using 110V

Coming from a background with access to the super large commercial vacuum packers at a family business I have been wanting the same convenience at home.Several months ago I started looking at videos and reviews on the DZ-260C. I liked what I saw, and I am handy and familiar with Chinese products.Overall Fit and finish: slightly rough edges, strange seam in silicone seal. Nothing I wasn’t expecting. Not sharp enough to cut you, but just lacks super polish.The problem:The vacuum pump was not installed in the unit properly.The solution:5 minutes and using the included screw driver and the pump was properly mounted. Checked oil level.That was the only problem I have found so far. And it would have worked, just been noisy with the pump rattling around.First day:I have vacuum packed thirty - 8oz single serving packages of pulled pork in 6x10 3 mil pouches, several tests on 8x12 with water in them to amaze family, and went through the refrigerator and found left overs and put them in single servings.Not so much a review of the unit, but how something like this integrates in an American household:I intend to purchase bulk meat, and seasonal vegetables and package to freeze. I expect the unit to pay for itself in a matter of months. The ability to purchase bags so much cheaper than the food saver type and the ability to package wet and liquid ingredients is killer.The largest bag I can fit is 10” wide and 13” long. I think the unit has reasonable capacity for most home packaging needs.Find a few videos, this thing is easy to work and gives amazing results.

This sealer works great for the first 2 uses but then breaks. We have purchased 2 of these sealers. We were very excited to find an affordable option for a professional grade sealer which is why we purchased a second after the first stopped functioning. After only 2 uses, both sealers had the same defect - would no longer vacuum the air out of the bags. We think it is a problem with the compressor. For a $400 item, it should work longer than that. Past the return window for both so unable to get a refund. I do not recommend.

preforms great I waited a while before writing this so, I can Tell you it gets a lot of use. we tried all the other vacuum systems they don't work compared to a chamber system. you dial in the chamber pressure to be as gentle or as strong as you like depending on what you are packing. You can get some good prices on bags as long as you stay with standard sizes. you also can do multiple bags at once if you are doing a lot I do 3 (6x8) at once. Maintain it and its durable it feels good to be able to rave about a good tool ***** from me works EXLLENT

Simple easy-to-use machine. Works great. The manual is the best example of chinglish I have ever seen. Completely incomprehensible. You need to add oil before use. The manual says nothing about how to add the oil. Watch a youtube video to setup the machine.

Overall, I have one regret....I should have gone bigger. The directions are terrible and not worth the paper they are printed on. There are sharp edges everywhere that need to be hit with a file and there were metal shavings in the vacuum chamber that needed to be cleaned out before using the first time. You just have to remember that you are saving several hundred dollars and there are going to be some tradeoffs. The sharp edges took me an hour to ease to my liking and youtube/vacmaster website can get you sealing whatever your heart desires in no time. I did mess up by not holding the lid down when you hit the go button once and managed to screw up the seal tape. Used the replacement tape that came with it and back to the races. Compared to my food saver it does the job as well without the issue of liquid being sucked into the seal causing it to fail. Sourcing replacement parts looks like it could be an issue, though if you can use a search engine you should be able to find what you need. This thing is very quiet. The heating element gets pretty hot if you start jamming out the cycles just like the food saver, So you have to slow down or let it cool down but you get more seals per run than the food saver and it doesn't stop working like the food saver does when it gets hot. I like the thing, used it to seal 50lbs of bacon in 1lb packages and sealed 25 lbs of brats so far. I haven't come across a failed seal yet that I didn't cause. This thing isn't light and is not fun to move. The bags are cheap if you search around and you can get lots of different sizes. If you are on the fence about picking one of these up, climb on over. I can be tough to please and was worried I just dropped serious coin on a turd but I am happy with my decision and you will be too. Happy sealing.update--7/23--this sealer is still going strong and hasn't let me down(knock on wood). It leaks a little oil but that is it. I am still happy with my decision to buy this thing. Haven't had to replace anything to date. I would estimate this machine has several hundred cycles under it's belt since being put into service. It gets a good workout at least 2 times a year minimum. Only sealing issue I have is trying to seal wet items. I have never had luck with any sealer when there is liquid involved. My solution is to freeze things first then seal.

Super produce I’ve pack over 10k bags with this and it work absolutely perfect with almost no maintenance! Super happy with this!

ALL WHAT ARE THEY SELLING IS A DEFECTED PRODUCTS AND IT DOSENT WORK AT ALL , I DID BOUT 2 TIMES FROM THIS SELLER THE SAME ITEM AND WITHIN 1 MONTH IT STOPE WORKING AND THEY KEEP GIVING ME A ISSUE TO FIX IT OR RETUREN THEME
