For those who have travelled to those countries or just for Asian food in general buy this
As a visitor to Japan in the past and lots of Japanese and Asian restaurants in europe I have tried a lot of this cuisine and this book allows with only a little knowledge to recreate a lot of their dishes fairly easily.

You better know good ways to grill meats socially for cheap. This should be part of your manuals. Great amount of text, great amount of photos and recipes. Its a seriously good balance so great reading for information, photo for inspiration and how to make it happen. Showing some photos so you understand better what this is and why you need it ❤️
