Excellent product and reliable forever
Excellent product.Using Hawkins cooker in my house for more than 45 years.This is my 5th purchase from Hawkins.This contura cooker is less time consuming, whistle blows very soon and due to its wide mouth it is easier to fry and cook.For a busy day it is a great help in the kitchen.I cook rice, pulao, biriyani, mutton and all sorts of dal, peas, rajma, chana etc.Point to remember please follow some minimum instructions given in the cookbook.Do not add too much of water in any type of cooker as it might overflow.This is from my personal experience of all this year's. Hawkins is my personal love.Great value for money.Thank you amazon for the beautiful product.

Deadly product. Do not buy.
Do not buy this product. It is the worst product from Hawkins. I had already exchanged it since the first one came with a defect in the safety valve. Now, the second one, which is the new one, exploded from the safety valve. This is a big risk. People could have died. No more will I buy this product.
