My fridge broke and over the weekend my landlord replaced it with a fridge that turned out to be infested with roaches! I have a service animal and the landlord's pest control company couldn't guarantee their chemicals were pet-safe. This was recommended to me by a friend.With no choice but to declare war on these kitchen infiltrators, I ordered a bottle at 6am while getting ready for work and I got SAME DAY delivery! I went home and with my battle plans laid out, and launched a ground attack at nightfall. The enemy roaches were quick to respond, sending out their fiercest and biggest soldiers at speeds only witnessed by the gods above! I sprayed every inch of Fort Kitchen, whereupon dozens of roaches met their rightful deaths, quickly and painfully, as I screamed at the top of my lungs and ran into the frontlines of battle, valiantly defending that which is my sacred home!Some say the battle lasted days, others say it lasted minutes. At the end of it all, as the peppermint mist cleared on the horizon of Mt. Trashcan, the casualties of war were made known to all. Dozens upon dozens of carcasses, belly-up in defeat...One fierce general escaped and retreated to higher ground in attempts to launch a sneak attack on Makeup Mountain in Fort Bathroom. My troops attacker with even greater ferocity, fresh off our victorous kills, and General Giant Roach was easily captured in the prison cell of Nearby Padded Envelope, whereupon he was unsuccessfully interrogated in a language of screams only the neighbour's dog could understand, before he was ultimately sentenced to a swift but humane death.The battles were tough and troops were weary as the night turned to dawn. Also, my entire house smells like that chocolate peppermint patties. And who doesn't love to literally be able to smell their own victory? ;)

I didn’t think this rat repellent would work, but I was desperate to try it after hearing footsteps in the attic, scratching inside my walls, and spotting several rodents in the garage. I told myself, “If this doesn’t work, the next step is an exterminator.” To my amazement, it did the job! After the rodents kept chewing my washing machine hose, I sprayed the repellent around the machine and everywhere else, and it worked like a charm. I even sprayed it in the garage, and I personally like the smell.As soon as I sprayed, the biggest rodent—who had tormented my home for months—literally fell from wherever he was hiding in the garage and ran away. I named him Ben! Shortly after, each night I sprayed, his little buddy, who I named Socrates, and the smaller baby rodents also disappeared. I’m ordering more and have already told my friends and family about this product. It saved my life, my wires, and my sanity. Thank you for an amazing product!

It smells good, very strong. It didn't keep my spiders away but I think they had nowhere else to go except where they were coming up. A bit of caulking did the trick. But I still use this on cotton balls because I like peppermint.

I got this for ants that started coming into the house. Been spraying it around the house before work, focusing on entry points and have stopped seeing them after about a week (but I’ll continue the habit for awhile to be sure). Anywho, what brings me to write this review isn’t how great it’s been against ants but that it unalived a scorpion on contact. My stomach was in my throat when I saw him chilling by the coffee machine and I had no faith in my squishing abilities where he was hiding. At some point he even geared up for a fight. I grabbed a container to seal him in and this spray (thinking it would just irritate him a little) but no this striped bark scorpion had no chance. Peppermint spray 2 - Insects and arachnids 0And what’s more, I don’t have to stress about spraying some toxic chemicals on my coffee machine or tea! I can sleep and prevent an ant infestation! What a win!

I don't mind a few spiders in my house. I live in a wooded area and spiders will come. So will stink bugs in the summer. Ants. I'd rather keep the ants and stink bugs out. And the big wolf spiders that occasionally like to come in and surprise me with their big ol' awesomeness.So I sprayed this all around the garage doors and the door leading in to the garage, and as well the door leading to my workout room that is off the garage. I have used this same spray before but it's been several years and I suppose it didn't work or else I'd have kept using it. Or maybe because it gives me a bit of a headache -- I wear a mask when I spray it and don't stay in the garage long, where I spray it.This bottle doesn't seem as pepperminty as the last one - I remember it to be very minty. Maybe that's my lingering parosmia altering the scent some.I don't know if it would work all the time or some of the time. I did see a spider in the garage so there's that. I didn't mind it there but it did make me wonder.I also don't want to kill the spiders, only chase away the wolf spiders. And to keep too many from coming into my house, as they will tend to take over if allowed.But, I don't see why I couldn't just buy some peppermint essential oil and make my own if I wanted to try peppermint as a deterrent, though essential oil can be just as pricey!If all this sounds wishy washy it is because I just am not sure how effective it is. Maybe more time will tell. Or maybe if it cuts down on the spiders, ants, stink-bugs, that will in itself be good. I need to give this some more time.
