Dandelion and dandelion root are so good for so many things!! Did some research and have taken this here and there while being pregnant and it helps with so many things. It is basically a prenatal but completely natural-- not medical advice, do your own research-- since it has so many vitamins in it.

This is amazing but just know this will help detox your body so you might feel really gross and achy and just crappy after you take this the next day, but that means it’s working it’s literally detoxing your body. This is the best I felt after I got over that point

I drink a lot of water. Even filtered water benefits from a few drops to taste. I have been using this product for over a year now. I find that if I don’t use it, I experience diminished energy and immunity.Highly recommend!
