We purchased the Petsfit collapsible kennel for our dog, Lolly, and it has been exactly what we were hoping for. It is very lightweight, yet sturdy, and extremely easy to set up and take down—perfect for traveling. We originally wanted something to replace her hard plastic kennel, which requires unscrewing bolts and reassembling every time we travel. This kennel eliminates all of that hassle. It opens and folds down quickly with no tools, making it far more convenient. We have also used it in the backseat of the car, and Lolly travels very well in it. We placed a standard dog pillow in the bottom for extra comfort, and she still has plenty of room to move and relax. Overall, this kennel is sturdy, portable, and thoughtfully designed. It has made traveling with our dog much easier, and we would absolutely recommend it to other pet owners looking for a practical and comfortable travel kennel.

So far seems GOOD! It serves its purpose well, however.... If this 36" crate was a couple inches taller and came with a crate padded bottom mat, that would have made this review a 4.5-5 stars, for this fabric collapsible crate. I got it mainly for travel use, and to have to use at home too! Luckily my Puppy hasn't chewed or ripped through any nylon fabric crate panels, yet? But i wished the door panels could have been enforced with a light metal grate or some kind, and or a roll-up zipper doors, as more options then just the roll-up mesh fabric door panels? Or at least double enforced mesh fabric, especially for when your pet leans on mesh doors, and for the $$$ on this item! They could have added a couple added features? Thank goodness for my "Amazon Points," and extra cash voucher to help purchase this $$$ crate. Otherwise seems sturdy enough, lighter weight then my metal folding crate, and serves its purpose. I wouldn't get, if I had a big "chewer" at home, or a dog that doesn't take well to being in a crate, I'd go with a metal frame style crate instead.

This crate is well constructed and lightweight. Great for easy travel needs as well as at home use.

Company is unhelpful, product is poorly constructed. Used maybe a total of 5 days in first month's of ownership. Dog came home from surgery (leg amputation from bone cancer). 20 pound dog on one rear leg and on sleep medication tore zipper away from tip panel. Company would not honor return policy because I contacted them in month 11 of ownership. By the time they did respond they said the 12 month return policy had lapsed.

Easy set up. nice fabric and zippers. Easy to fold and store. I have used this on our road trip last week and also for a couple trips to the park. Its very convenient to use. As for durability I'll know after a year of use. Compared to the old Plastic rigid kennel we had, this pone seems more roomy for the same amount of exterior space.

I’ve had too many soft sided crates to remember. I use them for travel, dog trials, and crating of dogs when we have non-doggy visitors. Sturdiness and ease of set up are important to me. This crate is a 3/5 on both of these criteria. The end of the internal set up poles have to be placed into a built in cup/inset and then tightened. It is hard to visualize the junction of these two pieces as they are tucked under the canvas cover. At the same time you are needing to stretch the crate a bit wider. Then you need to rotate a “screw” type of pole extender. Then repeat the process at the other end of the crate. A shock-cord or spring loaded type of collapsing pole works much better. (On my last crate, the shock-cord pole arrangement lasted longer than the zipper and canvas). Set up of the crate being reviewed easily takes 5 times longer. Once set up, this crate feels wobbly and unsubstantial. The first time I used it, my Cocker Spaniel tipped/rolled the crate over. Last but not least, the handle to carry the crate is not well placed and the crate leaned either into me or outward depending on how I grabbed the handle for transport. I only use this crate at home where it can be tucked into a corner and braced by a piece of furniture. I bought a different crate for trialing/traveling with the dog.

This dog crate only lasted for three uses of one hour each in 15 days. My dog has been using crates for 4 years so that wasn’t the problem. The mesh on the crate had many holes in it and the mesh was tearing away from the sewn sides. There are many more holes than in the photos posted. This mesh material used on the crate is not fit for purpose. I tried contacting Petsfit directly as they asked via three separate emails but I didn’t receive any responses. I am not satisfied; this product is faulty and not made with materials for its purpose. I can’t use the crate with holes for fear the material will continue to rip and tear away resulting in my dog escaping.

The Petsfit portable crate is exactly what I was hoping for. The package arrived in perfect condition, and the setup was incredibly easy—no fuss at all. It collapses smoothly for travel or storage, which makes it very convenient. Most importantly, it does exactly what it promises. It feels sturdy, secure, and provides a safe, comfortable space for our new puppy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, travel-friendly crate.

The soft sided dog crate was exactly as described - lightweight and easy to set up. It is sturdy and the frame was adjustable, lots of zippered openings and screens for ventilation. I would recommend this item.

Love this kennel. Sturdy construction, easy to set up. Looks just like the pictures.
