I bought these same boxes a year ago and the price was 50% less than the ones I just bought. Ouch. But these are good boxes for storing your stuff. I put all my hiking/backpacking clothes and gear in them. They are very sturdy and because they are clear you can see what is in them. The tops fit well and they stack nicely. They are a lot better than cardboard bankers boxes, so even though they are expensive they are worth it. But sure wish I bought more of them a year ago.

I ordered the four pack to make milestone boxes for my children. One of the lids was broken when arrived. I emailed the company asking if they would be willing to send me a new lid. I honestly expected an automated message to respond or want to chat with a robot but someone emailed me back promptly and asked for proof of purchase and some information from order so they could let the production place know and sent me a new lid very quickly. These aren’t made of steel but a good price and great for what I needed and customer service gets the. Five stars from me

Needed a medium sized box for storage and/or files. These came very quickly but one had a crack. I returned it and Amazon sent another set, perfect. Just the right size and weight for what I need.

Top Two of the lids arrived cracked which I blame on the simple packing in a box without padding. I m sure during transport since it was a bigger box kept being used as the base for heavier loads. Seller should be aware of this when packing to mail to buyer. I would recommend going to a store to buy them instead. Returning them is a hassle especially when the rest of the product works, however as a buyer I would like to pay full price for un damaged product.Otherwise it is a simple snap on snap offClear & see- thru file storage. Easy to transport If always on the go. Two boxes will be used without a lid bc the cracking has ruined the ability for the lid to stay on.

Very happy with my set of four file boxes in clear (IRIS FB-21EE Letter and Legal Size File Box). Everything fits together and stacks great. File folders hang just right. No plastic smell at all. Arrived in good condition. Even made in USA! Two of the lids are slightly warped in the center but won't affect use. Hoping that goes away. A little pricey for a plastic boxes this size but I got 4 for less than any 2 drawer metal file cabinet I could find.Perfect for a 55+ yr old female - the lids snap on well but are very easy to take off, and these smaller size boxes are lighter to carry than the standard 56 qt size.

When we suffered 15" of water in our basement from a storm, the water flooded our metal file cabinets and the lowest layer of paper documents were a total loss. We have (belatedly) changed our filing system, using these file boxes and placing them on the higher shelves of chrome wire shelving. We bought four 4-packs in all. I'm happy to report that every box and its lid arrived with no cracks, chips or other damage. They are well designed to hold either letter or legal size Pendaflex folders, and are a "just right" size: generally not too heavy even when loaded. So if our shelves are not high enough to keep our stuff dry, these boxes will at least give them an additional 9 or 10 inches of flooding resistance!

These were bought so I could make a memories bin for our kids. I liked so much about them (file holders fit just right, lids snap on and off well, perfect size for the top of a closet), so I decided to take a chance, even though many reviews wrote about damages.Unfortunately, one bin came completely cracked. The bins I received were not padded at all, just stacked into a box with room for them to move around in. I can exchange or get a refund, but it seems like I have to send all 4 back rather than just the broken one, so I kept them, but can only use 3 of the 4.They were lids and containers stacked on the inside, so it doesn’t seem like it’s from shipping. It is sturdy and durable but maybe quality control needs to check items before packaging.

Mainly writing this review in response to a lot of negative review based on packaging. I ordered the medium, clear without the latches and all 4 arrived in perfect condition. The containers were in a box wrapped in bubble wrap and then in a second box. If you receive a damaged product it is clearly on the delivery company mishandling the package in a very rough manor.The file boxes were just what I was looking for. I wanted something to store old tax records, some old course material from classes I've taken, and other paper records. The hanging folders worked well inside the box and I liked that they were clear so I can easily see what is inside. They seem durable enough for staking on shelves for storage. If you are looking for something to use all the time or travel with regularly there is probably something tougher out there but I was very happy quality for my use and the price I paid.I would not hesitate to purchase more in the future.

Eso me pareció muy buen servicio del vendedor.PRODUCTO: Busqué esta marca en específico porque había comprado unas similares en Office Max hace unos años, que me gustaron mucho. Sin embargo, como dicen los demás comentarios, éstas son frágiles y se rompen muy fácilmente. Las compré para almacenar documentos de Archivo, como un reemplazo a las cajas de cartón, pero no creo que duren mucho.
