Yes num 12/0 is a natural light blonde, it is not as harsh as bleached blonde if you are thinking of changing to a darker more natural looking blonde, i went from bleached blonde to this colour & have found the condition of my hair has improved , also when my roots need a regrowth application i have found they are not as noticeable with this colour

How many tubes would I need for long hair, lower spine length

I would use two, depending of thickness of your hair. Mine is thick so i use two to make sure i get full coverage and saturation. Good luck!
