Love collagen. No prep work. A little more expensive than hog casings, but I can make any size I want.

Just Okay
Making link sausage with this product was harder than using the softer casings. This was my first experience with this productso if I use them in the future I will know how they work. The price was very good.

Excellent Sturdy Casings
Item arrived quickly and in good condition. I used these casings for my first attempt at homemade sausage making. The casing are sturdy and easy to use. I had 2 blowouts due to my own inexperience and slightly overfilling. However once I got the hang of it, everything went smoothly. These casings are well made and good value. I look forward to testing different sausage recipes and trying other size casing from the Sausage Maker.
