This is a magnificent gargoyle! I come from a family of gargoyle fans, so I gave this to my dad for Christmas and it blew him away. There are many intricate details in the throne and wings, and the face is very expressive. While I expected the dark gray color to hide some of these features, it in fact highlights them. This sculpture is also a great size, as it can be very visible without taking up a lot of space. Overall, an impressive piece worth buying. I will more than likely get one for myself.

I have a bigger version of this statue and one of my relatives admired it so much that I got them this smaller fellow for Christmas. The craftmanship is really good. Well worth the money.

I've bought a lot of design Toscano stuff over the years and this is pretty much par for the course for them, it's usually a little bit pricier than what it should be but the details are always really good, the paint job is always uniform however don't expect to get something thick and durable, this is basically just a plastic figure. I know from past experience if you drop anything they make it's got about a 99% chance that it's going to break depending on what surface it falls on, especially things like this that have wings so just keep that in mind and keep it in a safe place once you buy it.

Beautiful little statue the wing came chipped

This statue was a bit slightly smaller than expected but is amazing quality. We purchased it to replace a rubber gargoyle. The reviews were very positive we looked through a lot of different gargoyles before deciding on the one we purchased.
