removed upper bar
My DIL has an elongated toilet and I had to remove the upper rail that is in front of the bowl. It did not seem less sturdy.

The instructions were in chinese and for a different product. Was no able to fully adjust as some bars did not slide in far enough. Overall a one

Not what I expected
I have a hard floor and it didn't stay suctioned. It does have a nice padded arm rest which gave it 2 stars. The bars going across the front do not fit under my ADA toilet so they're in the way when you stand. I was able to get 2 drop down rails for both sides of the toilet you just have to make sure there's enough support in the wall.
