Can you imagine the stories people in a nursing home could tell by the prompting of these questions? Young people want to know how life was like years ago and the question cards cover many interesting topics. I am not good at creating questions, but the questions are very good and promotes conversations, than others step in to give their answer.

I wish I had this to ask my parents/grandparents questions was the first thing one person said! I liked the questions because you could also turn the question around & ask the same one back to a grandchild! I would suggest that answers are written down as you ask them. I have shared with many friends & family. Great gift!!

My kids tend to forget to ask other people questions and conversations often revolve around them or topics the find interesting.The concept of this game and questions on the are cards are a wonderful way to teach kids how to engage with other people.The questions are geared towards Grandparents but aren't limited to them.Admittedly, my kids were not interested in using this but I kind of made them do it, and it did in fact lead to some cool conversations

These cards are great. I keep them in my car where the grandkids can see them. As soon as they get in the car they pick them up and start asking one of the questions. The questions are fun like "Did you (meaning grandparent) have a party line?" It was fun talking to them about what a party line was. I'm not sure I would have thought of talking about party lines if it wasn't for the question. It also might ask a question about what advice you would give your grandchild. The questions vary and are great conversation starters. The grandkids nor I seem to mind repeating the questions. Answers might be different or in the case of the party line, you can see if the kids remember what a party line is. I very highly recommend this product. So much so I am going to buy the Family Talk for my daughter to use with the kids.

We had such a good time using these conversation starters at a multigenerational family gathering. The kids loved hearing stories about the olden days and imagining their grandmas as kids.

I bought this for my sister to use with her grandchildren, but she did not think they would be interested. The idea is cute, however.

These cards are terrific! Used them with a friend in the hospital to distract him from his illness and it was so much fun. A great way for people to get to know things about one another. I highly recommend it. I already have told quite a few people about it.

We had family time and thought it be wonderful to get Grandparent Talk as a gift. It's keep it in the car all grandchildren enjoy talk time w grandma. Put away the electronics and start a conversation!
