This totally calms me down but not where it makes you sleepy. I use it before presentations or important meetings to calm my nerves. Also great for when you wake up in the middle of the night and are hanging trouble going back to sleep.

Interesting relaxing experiences. I would not rate this on the same playing field with my favorite Dragon Herbs products ...those would be Tonic Alchemy, and Ant Essence, followed by Goji Berries, and their Spring Dragon Tea. Highly, Highly recommend the first two. And have reordered the last two constantly so they are pretty effective as well.
