Letter, Numbers, Shapes, Colors All For Under Ten Bucks!!
I purchased this for my 3 yr old as another pre-reading, letter/number recognition toy. I wasn’t sure what to expect but she really enjoys it. If she isn’t sure where to start I’ll tell her what colors to use. She was really quick to pick up what to do and seems to enjoy playing with it. Just using it to make shapes and pictures is a lot of fun for her too. The set is well made and is perfect for a quiet time toy or for traveling. I think 3 is the perfect age to start using this, up through 6 or 7 years. Even though the older kids know the letters and numbers, it’s still good eye-hand and manipulation. This toy gives a lot of bang for your buck! I highly recommend Coogam Woodan Letter, Number Sorter Puzzle.

Good toy to have to learn English alphabet.
Not suited for traveling and one of the stick broke within few minutes. However it is still playable. My 3yr old loves it. I believe it helped her in writing letters.

Fun Puzzle
This is a really fun puzzle. My son is 3 years and loves everything alphabet and puzzle so this is the best of both worlds . We had to do it the first time with him until he understood the process and now he can do it on his own. The wood is a little thin but with care I think it will hold up. My only frustration with this is that it brings a sheet of paper to show the alphabet and other things you can build. The images are small and hard to follow. My son is able to follow images to get puzzles done and so he gets very frustrated at the small pictures and the fact that it’s on paper for all the alphabet which aren’t even in order. The other items are only displays on the box. There is no instructions on how to build it other then looking at the paper or the box. I wish the manufacture spent a few extra dollars making individual cards to go along with all the puzzle images. This is intended for children so having separate cards to go with it would make a world of difference.

A different way to learn for the hands on child
This is another great tool for teaching letters and numbers to kids, especially if they’re more hands on. The bright colors make it interesting and it’s certainly a new way of looking at them. It comes with an instruction booklet your child can reference when creating letters or numbers. It’s also relatively small and lightweight if you wanted to take it for an activity while traveling. It also has good durability since it’s made of real wood.

Nicer Than I Expected
Reviews are all over the place in this product, but for $10, I thought I would give it a try. I am quite pleased with the quality of the pegboard & the pieces to make letters & shapes are very sturdy. I pulled it out as I am working to get my grandson prepared for kindergarten in the fall. He likes working with the pieces. He looks at the guide & tries to copy the letters. This is a fun way to help him learn his letters. This is a very nice educational toy. I set up over 20 preschool classrooms during my career in education, so I can recognize high quality learning materials.

Nice concept, but cheap feel and questionable durability.
The concept is pretty cool, but the overall appearance just seems cheap. The images on the Amazon listing give an appearance of much better quality than in real life. If I were buying this for one of my kids, I probably wouldn't mind too much, but I'm giving it as a gift and now not sure I still want to after looking it over. The box is completely labeled in Chinese (I think...) The only English text on the box is "A hundred change Collage" and "36+ months". Again, not really a big deal for me, but just worth noting. It doesn't say anywhere on the box or in the little brochure inside that the materials and paint used are non-toxic, even though the Amazon listing does say this. The board is very plain. I could have made it myself. It would have been nice to have some sort of coating on it instead of just raw wood. It does seem to be sanded adequately and all the pegs seem to be glued in well (I tugged on all of them). All pieces were present, and none broken or weak/cracked. They all appear to be of consistent thickness, which is about 1/8 of an inch and flat. There were a few hanging wood splinters on the sides of some of them, which I scratched off. This was a little disappointing. The pieces are raw wood painted in different colors, but still have a slightly rough texture to them. There is no sealant or smooth finish from the paint--it's like painted wood pieces with acrylic craft paint. I'm a little concerned about what will happen if the child puts one in their mouth, as all young children (even 3 year olds) do. The wood pieces *seem* fairly sturdy, but I don't know how they will hold up over time based on the thickness, and I think I could easily snap the longer ones in half. Given the type of wood these are made of, I can already see sharp splinters that would occur when one does get snapped.I tested all the pieces on the pegboard and they all seem to go on fine. The holes have a nice clearance to them and they are easy to place. The included sample guide is very insufficient. It only shows you how to make letters and numbers. There are no examples of shapes, or pictures to make. You have to be a bit creative to figure out how to make a butterfly or a boat or whatever, and I know that's somewhat the point, but it would have been nice to have some examples to get the juices flowing and give you an idea about how you can connect the various shapes to make pictures. The pictures on it are also very small, and the example of the "3" in the number section is actually the letter "E". The example of 3 on the Amazon listing is different than what's on the brochure, and it would be more correct. In the box is just the pegboard, the brochure, and the pieces in a ziplock baggie. I guess if you wanted to take it along with you, you would have to keep the box or find a bag to put everything in.Overall, it's ok for the price. I really do like the concept, and wood vs plastic, but wood toys need a better surface finish than this has (virtually no surface finish at all.) I think the pieces could have been made a bit thicker for durability and it should have come with more examples of pictures you can make, especially for little ones to try to follow along with. The box does say "A hundred change Collage" and I'm quite creative myself, but I'd be hard pressed to come up with one hundred different recognizable pictures and shapes.

Toddler loves it
Tricky to keep up with the pieces with a toddler but he loves it. Bought it because he kept trying to make letters out of random objects- like sticks or rubber bands. Only catch is when he wants to do lowercase letters

Lots of fun for a wide range of ages
This is a really fun and interesting "puzzle" that our son just adores. Lots of options to play, and the colors, shapes, and construction are wonderful. I even like playing with this, as you can make up your own designs and patterns. Sturdy wood pieces and durable base make this an easy purchase.

Interessante
Ps: è tutto in legno.
