Is this screen anti glare?

No it is not anti-glare, however, once installed it does not give much glare even in direct sunlight

will it protect my screen from a fall

It has mine dropped mine off 39ft viaduct and has survived it. That and a mous case perfect combo.

can this tool be used with other screen protectors ?

I don’t believe so the tool is used as a jig to make sure that the attached screen protectors line up perfectly to the phone and goes down square. It may be Spigen do refills but I’ve not seen them
