So far so great! Thin, light weight, and strong
I’ve used thicker “turtle” picks for years but thought I’d give these a try because they priced nice and low. And I’ve replaced a few guitar nuts with GraphTech and have really liked the result. I can say that I enjoy using a thinner, lighter weight pick without it bending like other picks this thin. Give these a try.

Finally, My Forever Pick
Not sure why I bothered playing guitar before finding these picks. Fender medium guy, they were just the devil I knew. These things feel better, play better, sound better. All the brightness I want without the harshness of metal (the material, not the music style) picks.

on the chance I would like them. And I do
I ordered 3 sets of these .068 white (bright) Tusq picks from Amazon....on the chance I would like them. And I do. I have been using fender medium picks for decades on my Gibson Hummingbird, and J-45 and other acoustic guitars. These picks are different in that they produce richer tone, just slightly richer than the Fender but richer none the less. The Tusq pins also have an unusually smooth feeling when gliding across the strings, they pull less, seems like less friction as they sweep across the strings, and they make less pick noise than any I've tried. So two things have won me over .. #1 the FEEL of these picks as they brush the strings...so smooth and buttery... and #2 ..the richer, slightly fuller TONE, they seem to pull the butter and smoothness of tone out with little effort. They do seem to wear a bit faster than the Fender mediums, but the bevel on the tips does not seem to affect the richer tone, so after three weeks of heave playing, I am still on the first Tusq pick. Try them. I think you will like them. They can be bought in many places for just $4.99 a pack...Shop around, the prices varies.

Great sounding picks!
This is my second order of these amazing guitar picks.I've got a collection of picks made from many materials and thicknesses and they each have their own sound.Of them all, the new Tusq picks are my current favorite! They produce a cleaner sounding ring on my acoustic guitar and the dimensional nature of the TUSQ name on each pick, gives them the perfect grip for wailing on my electric guitar, too.I used to use bone products for the nut, saddle and pins on my 1973 acoustic but I recently switched, one at a time, to tusq materials and each time, the upgrade made noticeable improvements to the clarity of my guitar. Some how, it is cleaner and rings longer?I now believe that this is because the composition of the tusq material has a more even density (or so they advertise) but whatever it is, I can clearly hear the difference in the tone of my vintage instrument.I would highly recommend these picks for anyone concerned with improving the sound of your instrument.

These are fantastic guitar picks
These are fantastic guitar picks! I've been really enjoying these so far, they do not bend like fender picks, last a very long time and slide over the strings so smooth and effortlessly. I get a much better sound with these and the make my guitar resonate all the way up the headstock, it's cool feeling a guitar come alive in your hands like that. Also the raised lettering make these super easy to grip and hold onto while playing. These are my new go to pick!

If you have played for more than a few years your gonna realize these are the best pics in the world... omg ... I bought like 6 packs after buying a single pick at my local music store...

Wears quickly. Expensive. Go for a Dunlop Ultex.
Wears quickly, no real tactile or sonic advantage. Much prefer Dunlop Ultex for durability. Fender medium has been my standard for 35+ years. Recently changed to Ultex just for durability reasons (I play modest blues/rock lead). Fenders were not lasting more than a rehearsal to two, these Graphtechs didn't last even that long. Ultex 2 to 3 times the durability with equivalent feel, flexibility and tonal quality.

Vey nice.
I really really liked these when I first got them. Tough but thin. After a while they do wear down some. But I play hard. They seem to last longer now I've switched to flatwound strings on my electric, but on my acoustic I went back to Dunlop nylons. I do plan on buying another another pack or 2.

Tusq A1

Very Happy Bassist
I'm impressed with their "rigid but thin" characteristic. I pick rather aggressively and these seem to glide across the strings, yet provide the level of attack and stability I look for in a heavier gauge pick. It definitely sounds like I'm getting more output with less effort. The most notable difference I found between the Tusq and normal pics is whilst I'm alternate picking. With each stroke, it almost feels like it's going through the string instead of over it. Making fast triplets and transitions much easier. As others have mentioned, the raised logo helps to keep it firmly in place. Something I occasionally have difficulties with.In regards to their longevity, I will have to come back for an update once they start to show wear.
