Lupin flour is not meant to be the only flour you use in a recipe. Do your research and find recipes that call for it and at least one other flour. What it does is add a better texture to a recipe. The Allulose is great, doesn't have an after taste however I avoid it due to it tasting so darn good. It did not effect my blood sugar. But it did give me a lot of gas, it was worth it to have a good tasting sweet treat on keto.

I wanted to try Allulose. This is Allulose, stevia, monkfruit blend. Tastes like stevia and monkfruit blend.

I’ve substituted my coconut flour for this “Miracle Flour” in my Keto waffles and my family is thanking me for it. They are lighter without that grainy feel. Tons of minerals in “Miracle Flour” but beware of the 11 grams of fiber per serving!!

It did not show me the the sweetener had stevia in as well as the monk fruit and allouse. So I am unable to use the sweetener due to severe allergies to stevia. For me the flour is great but the sweetener is a waste. Very disappointed in this lack of transparency.

The listing didn’t say, but this isn’t allulose!!!! That’s specifically what I wanted, so the flour would’ve just been a bonus to try. But, this is some kind of ‘blend’ of sweeteners, including one I’m allergic to. If I wanted monk fruit and stevia, I could’ve bought those way cheaper at the grocery store. There is no picture of the ingredients label for the sweetener, only the flour. I would return it but apparently it’s non returnable. Going to try to contact amazon to get my money back cause otherwise this is a waste of money. Obviously, this seller is banking on the product being non refundable so this post is misleading on purpose.

Even when I bought the product knowing that it had in it also stevia and monk fruit, the only thing I taste it’s stevia. I think would be helpful, and transparent, to make explicit in the package the porcentajes of each for the consumer to take an informed decision, because this is not really what the title says.

If you like Swerve, then you'll like this even better bc it doesn't have a cooling after taste like the Swerve does. That doesn't mean that I don't like Swerve, bc I do. I just like this better!

I have used the allulose, not the flour. I like this allulose for sweetening keto baked goods. No after taste!
