I recently went from dark brown box dye to blonde. The texture of my hair got really weird. I always had kinky hair but now it showed marks from pony tail ties even with non crease hair ties. The ends looked blunt straight and dry. Everyone wants Paraben free and alchohol free products. Even the expensive products you hear are so great have some type of alchohol and I'm no chemist and I don't know what those alchohols are. This has simple natural ingredients at a fraction of the price. It smells good. And it is definately working. Everyday my hair gets better. I put it on dry hair generously and it never looks greasy. I just love it. It puts my fears that this going blonde was a mistake to rest. I will be buying more.

I want to highly recommend this shampoo if your hair is Chinese, curly and with freeze, I have used many brands but this is the one that has worked best for me, I am delighted and I have just started using the conditioner of the same brand the yellow bottle “Aveeno sunflower conditioner” the two together work super well 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼it had been a long time since my hair felt so soft, so manageable and without freeze.In the picture and video you can see it and it's not wet, it's dry, it seems to be wet or damp, but no!

Like another reviewer, I loved the discontinued Aveeno Nourish + Moisturize line, so I tried this as a replacement. For my hair, it's been good, not great, but acceptable. The shampoo is a very weird texture - maybe this is normal for sulfate-free formulas? - but it's very gloppy and sticky. It takes a lot of effort to spread out in my hair and it takes a lot of shampoo to cover my hair. This is really the only negative to it. But it rinses out fairly cleanly and it smells nice. The conditioner is better than the shampoo. I actually use about the same amount of it as the shampoo, which is really unusual. It's sort of nice to have the bottles emptying at a similar rate for once though! My hair feels nice when dry: I haven't noticed any increased tangling, oiliness, or frizz. I'll probably keep using it, as it's better than anything else I've used to replace the Nourish + Moisturize.

First thing... this stuff really smells amazing. I am highly sensitive to scents and chemicals. So finding a scent I like and my scalp/ senses can tolerate- is awesome!! For years I have had to use unscented shampoos and conditioners because the scented ones were so strong they gave me headaches or made my scalp itch terribly. Initially the shampoo smells like hard apple cider (woodchuck!) This scent is light almost like hard apple cider with autumn spices. (Think light apple pie or pumpkin spices without the apple or pumpkin) The "hard apple" dissipates after it's rinsed. And you are left with delicious smelling hair. My husband always tells me how good my hair smells. To me, it is not super overpowering. I also bought the hair mist and mask. They smell fantastic too. And for that reason I will buy again. (I already have!!) I really hope they don't change or discontinue this one. I am so happy to find a scented shampoo/ conditioner that I truly love. I have bought 4 just in case! I can't stop smelling my hair!!

I bought this on a whim because I love almonds and it was cheap....wow! Was I surprised at the quality of this shampoo! No tangles, soft smooth hair, nice texture...Jennifer Aniston is totally right! I have to admit I wasn’t smelling almonds; but the smell was still a nice, sweet, refreshing scent...all good here!

THIS PARTICULAR Aveeno hair product is wonderful:1. great on blowouts2. protects hair well- doesn't dry out (helps- at least me- to put blower on med)3. smells nice4. light mist- not too oily

This is a great conditioner, BUT it has gone up so much in Price in the last 5 months. I used to pay in the $7-$8.50 range, now it's averaging between $13.45 and $17.00. Ridiculous for the size bottle you get. Doesn't last long when you have a full head of curly long hair.

I've tried other products before, but I always come back to this one. I have extremely thick hair, so I do not look forward to brushing it after my showers.A few squirts of this while my hair is damp helps to untangle my hair but also creates a smooth, shiny, healthy look once it's dry.Definitely now a staple in my hair care routine.
