These are great for daytime wear. Comfortable and just the right amount of heat. Heat will last from early morning until bedtime. Do not sleep in them. If u lay on them u can burn ur skin.

I’ve struggled on and off, over the course of my life, with lower,middle and upper back problems. These things are remarkable, in the sense that they will help keep you loose and warm for eight hours, and the residual heat and results can go on for 16 hours overall. Highly recommended.

When you have back pain and are struggling to move, these heat wraps are so comforting and take the pain away. I always travel with them and have a few on hand. They are a must for those times when sudden back pain occurs!

My husband absolutely loves these for his back pain. They stay put, get to the area with heat and relief.

Only way I feel the heat is if I put pressure on it. I wear my back brace just so I can feel the heat. I don’t think I will buy it again because of the lack of recycling ability.
