As a work at home employee for six years, this headset is a relatively great quality product for the price. I use it daily to plug into a VoIP phone, a requirement for my job. Noise cancelling is great, as I play music 11 hours a day through stereo speakers while using this headset. Comfort level is also good; wearing any headset 11 hours a day is torturous but this is comfortable most of the time. Sound quality depends on the VoIP and caller's phone performance. I recommend this product after several months of use, and would purchase again if needed.
