I have taken Pine Pollen for years and this stuff is the real deal. Many suppliers will sell you on the idea of a "concentrate or extract" which is completely bogus and actually FAKE... Many sellers offer a Pine Pollen that is not cracked cell wall and is therefore gritty and like Chlorella, unless it is cracked, the nutrients and constituents are not bio-available. Another stupid thing is labeling it "Organic" ummmm, all PINE POLLEN is Organic, they collect it directly from the Trees. That said, this brand in particular offers other herbs and products that I have also purchased which are excellent as well. You can trust this brand and they are priced fairly. Don't buy extracts, it destroys most of the delicate hormones locked inside. Also, you will NOT get much benefit unless you take it directly into the mouth, sublingual, under the tongue until the powder fully dissolves into the saliva. After it is liquified, swallow then chase with a little water to rinse your mouth out. If you mix it with water, you will get very little benefit. If you mix it with food, the same applies. For some reason, this adaptogen works best when combined directly with the Saliva which would indicate there is an enzymatic reaction similar to broccoli sprouts and sulphoraphane, the reaction takes place in the mouth. Hormones are very delicate and the digestive system won't extract a fraction of what a sublingual dose will. Same applies with Pregnenolone and others. You're Welcome.

Had a different blend before and like that one a lot better. I can’t pin exactly what’s wrong with this one, but I won’t purchase again. Maybe it’s not as strong.

Works great. Take it every day to be stronger and to gain vitality. Not extremely strong in terms of taste, mixes easily with acidic juices (lemonade is perfect). Pollen has been used for thousands of years to reinvigorate the wavering man. Try it and see.
