WORKS WELL...but gross
I researched the difference between farm raised and naturally occurring sea moss so I decided on this brand, Also, I was having some right upper quadrant pain, likely my gallbladder. It had been recurring on and off for a few years but increased. Totally disappeared when I started taking, within the week! I also had more energy. However, it is disgusting. DO NOT mix in smoothies or food. I mix in about 3oz of water, hold my nose and throw it back.

Loved it..I don't use it much in smoothies and if I do it's just a little.I suggest using it in soups stews or on salads since it is naturally salty.. IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE It's from the ocean..In soups it makes them more hardy.. tasty and thicker..I use it in food..Get another brand for smoothies..and use this in food it Works!

Great for a caffine/ sugar substitute. Taste fishy tho. I don't mix with too much liquid for easier throw back. Makes a difference in my day.

Different from my previous orders
I've ordered this Irish Moss a few times but the most recent order I received consisted of a different color and taste. It tastes more like salt as oppose to Moss.Not sure yet of the health differences from the previous orders but will update later.

I bought seamoss because a friend of mind introduced it to me. It is what it is. It's seamoss that contains over 100 vitamins and minerals our bodies need. It is also an appetite suppressor. It desolves mucus from the body and many more other things. Read up on Dr Sebi and Irish Seamoss. It works. I got off my anxiety meds and sleep better because of it.

13 percent sodium, 300mg per scoop. How would your blood pressure drop with such high quantity?
How is it possible for this to help lower your blood pressure and it had 13% sodium per scoop. 300mg of sodium per scoop. Not iodine like it advertise but sodium. I've been taking this for a week and a half and my blood pressure has ski rocked. Is this the real deal or is there just to much added ingredients to the sea moss? The 2 stars is because it does give me energy and suppress my appetiteUpdate: so the new one I purchased for some one who insisted they wanted to try it had 700mg of salt. This is ridiculous. I recommend not to purchase this item. It's a scam
