I purchased this product in order to detoxify my inner body primarily. I wasn't expecting to feel much, if any, physical benefit. I took this product each morning (about 10-12 drops) in filtered water. It's important to shake the bottle very well because it has a notably uneven flavor if you don't disperse it. This wasn't a problem, just unexpected the first time I consumed it. More importantly, it made me feel quite refreshed with greater mental acuity, full of quick thinking and responses. After a few days, I started taking it twice a day and that's when I noticed It has improved my focus and concentration and given me greater, more sustained energy.
