Invicta Reserve - Octane 15827 Men's Quartz Watch - 56 mm

Absolutely stunning what can I say…

The media could not be loaded. Right, how do you like your watches? Big? This is massive. Bold? 65mm!! of gold and black mother of pearl with 30mm wide 4mm deep strap, I think that's bold enough for most people. I've put some photos with this review and just to clarify the size of this watch, I'm not what you would call a skinny Minnie, (6' 2" , 16 1/2 stone) with 6 1/2" wrists and I still had to remove 3 links for it to fit me properly! This watch is huge and I think it will take me a while to get used to it.GOOD STUFF:- Arrived 5 days before the delivery date. The watch itself is right up my street, not to everyone's taste, including my wife who just resignedly shook her head, but I love it. Watch snobs who like paying thousands for super slim designer bland watches will be tutting and looking down their noses at it, but if your a big fella with broad shoulders and a thick skin who cares? Their not going to say it to my face anyway haha. So why only 4 stars you're wondering if I love the watch so much? Well...…BAD STUFF:- Every Invicta watch I've owned has come in a proper, either yellow or black box with all the cushioning, the cleaning cloth the warranty and instructions etc. THIS DIDNT! A crappy little cardboard affair with nothing in it apart from the warranty and the instructions. How it travelled all the way from Wisconsin in the USA to me without getting damaged is miraculous.I know that wont matter to some but it does to me, the whole experience of unwrapping it was just not the same, nothing to ooh and ahh over if you know what I mean.To lose a whole star is a little unfair and if half stars were available I would have given it 4.5 but there you go.So the watch is fantastic, let down by cheapskate packaging. If you're in the market for a big, bold and brash timepiece go for it, I'm sure you wont be disappointed

Received this beautiful timepiece, followed all instructions (online manual) to try and set the time, however the watch simply was not working. Bitterly disappointed, but pleased with Amazons simple returns process.

On opening up package I found that the watch did not work. Had to return it.
